What platforms does month in review pull data from?

• Right now, Month in Review pulls in Instagram and TikTok.
• You must have a professional Instagram account and/or TikTok to see data in your Month in Review. If you do connect, your custom month in review will dynamically generate with data for you!

What posts does month in review pull in?

• On TikTok, we pull in all videos.
• On Instagram, we pull in data from in-feed posts, carousels, and reels. We do not include story content right now. Drop us a line if you'd like to see stories in the future!

Where can I access my month in review from?

• First, make sure you're logged into Fohr. Then, you can access Month In Review from one of two places; your navigation or the banner on your home dashboard 

Why doesn't my month in review have posts?

• It probably means that your Instagram isn't connected to Fohr. Make sure you're connected by:

• Logging in
• Navigating to your Settings
• Tapping Social Connections
• Checking on your Instagram connection

• If you are connected but didn't post to your feed last month - we might not have content! If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Fohr's support team by emailing "ambassadorsupport@fohr.co"!

Can I view my past month in reviews?

• Yes, you have access to your prior months.

How can I share my month in review links?

• If you want to share your landing page on your socials, with friends, or with those in your network, you can simply copy and paste your month in review URL! It’s that easy. 
• If you want to share individual story frames, make sure you're logged in!
  • Then you can tap the "Share" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of each shareable story frame. This will generate an Instagram Story. If you're on your phone, you can share directly to Instagram via Stories by tapping; share, Instagram, then share to IG Stories.

I'm not connected to Fohr. If I do connect, how quickly can a new month in review be generated? 

• Within seconds!

Why does my month in review look different when I'm logged in vs. logged out?

• When you're logged in to Fohr, your month in review will feature Share links. These will allow you to download custom story assets. You'll also see the pronouns within copy change to "Your" month in review.
• When you're logged out, these share buttons aren't available. You'll also see the pronouns within copy change to "Their" month in review.

I’ve connected my socials but it won’t reflect the stats or is showing 0 for all my followers, likes, and engagement.

• If you recently connected your account, please note that it will take at least 72 hours for the stats to backtrack and populate. 
• If this time frame has passed and it still has not reflected the stats, then please reach out to us at support@fohr.co.
