I connected the wrong Instagram account

The Fohr profile will automatically connect to whichever Instagram account is open on your device/computer at the time of connecting- you can disconnect your Instagram in the Settings tab, then sign completely out of Instagram, then reconnect to whichever account you wish.  It takes up to 24 hours to backtrack the incorrect content out and new account content in.

The Fohr profile will automatically connect to whichever Facebook account is open on your device/computer at the time of connecting- you can disconnect your Facebook in the Settings tab, then sign completely out of Facebook, then reconnect to whichever account you wish.
